PRO/HACKS: Apply a little water to the soap, then use the spoolie and coat the soap ensuring the spoolie is evenly covered. Apply to the brows brushing against the hairs then brush in the direction of the hairs to create the most striking and laminated brows! Clean any residue around the brows afterwards to avoid any disruption of makeup application.
