Returns

In accordance with EU and Cyprus consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving their order, without giving any reason.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, sealed cosmetic products which have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
